I’m confused as to what happened or if this was intended. Going in today I had 11/12 for the Toymaker title, with the following breakdown:

6 = 5 daily airship + Smashing
1 = JP
1 = Gift Bringer
2 = Choir Bell
1 = Buster

Upon speaking to Tixx, the Toymaker achievement unlocked, and shows 12/12. I can’t find this reflected anywhere else in the achievements, so it’s like a ghost point that came from nowhere.

I was just about to post that I had an extra achievement that I couldn’t find. Maybe this is where the extra comes from.

I have:
1 Wintersday Cheermeister
2 Ring in the Season
3 Become the Bells
4 Smash the Town
5 Sylvari Surprise
6 Disaster Derailed
7 Charitable Char
8 Help in Hoelbrak
9 Honorary Krewe Member
10 In the Spirit of Giving?
11 Buster of the Busted

Is this a bug?
I have the title now even though I only have 11 completed.

The Monthly Wintersday achievements (including the snowman one) also count towards the total, I thought. Is it a bug? I didn’t think so.

It could be intentional for a 12th point if you managed to miss all of the previous stops.

It’s not a bug. Both monthly achievements count. There’s a total of 16 possible achievements.
And yeah it’s completely unclear.

I have both of the monthly achievements done. I have only 9 of the special event achievements done, and I have 5 not completed. If there are 16 achievements in total I still have an extra one. I’m attaching screenshots.

I too got the title achievement immediately after talking to Tixx for no apparent reason, having only 11 achievements at the time. I have since completed both Toypocalypse achievements, so it shouldn’t affect me either way, but it does seem like it might have been a bug.

At the time I spoke to Tixx, I had:

4. Ring in the Season
5. Become the Bells
6. Smash the Town

The monthly does not count. I can confirm this. My achievement stayed at11/12 when I completed my Monthly.

The monthly certainly does count, my achievement total increased by 2 after completing both.

I can also attest that monthly counted for me.

I didn’t get any achievement when talking to him.

Sorry my bad. Looks like it increases 2 points in the achievement instead.
I have messed it up because I got another 2 points in the same day.

Monthly DOES count.

I got my title after i completed the Black citidel Tixx dungeon i beleve it was.
Bassicaly i got it at the earliest possible time u could get it.
2 monthly’s + 10 of the achievments under the special event tab.
There were then another 4 achievments left to get, 2 other cities and 2 for toypocalypse.
So 16 possible (14 under the special event tab + 2 monthly)
I cant comment on the possible 1 extra form talking to Tixx in LA as i cant see any increase in my already completed Title achievment bar.

I can confirm speaking to TIXX does give a hidden achievement. I was at 11/12 title achievement when i talked to TIXX and on talking i got the title achievement. So i did get some kind of achievement for talking to him that counted towards the title.

I think the Wintersday Achievements are bugged. Or at least some of them are. I was doing Toypocalypse just got dc’ed after the 7th round. Got back on game and did it again. Got to round 8 and the achievement popped up. The achievement needed 50 and I only did 15.

I got the App Toymaker title + 100 cogs, 15 slot bag and a new back item. Wasnt sure i’d get it since i didnt complete everything.

Didnt finish anything with Bells, or thouse magic snowman you had to find. And couldnt be bothered with the Toypocalypse randomness.

Completed Gift-Bringer, Gift-Stopper and Jump Puzzle. Plus all the TIXX town visit aka dungeons, and smash the town. Thats about it.
