Yes Yes Yes! I am hoping, and I mean HOPING, they don’t screw us over with how amazing the Wintersday was in GW1, and give us something sub-par.

I am totally willing to drop real money to get permanent candy cane weapon and/or armor skins. I am definitely not willing to do the same for BLC keys that have a low chance to drop.
Maybe all Wintersday chests that are guaranteed to drop saleable skins every time, along with something else random. But still, I’d rather just buy the ones I want.
I’m sure they already have everything planned out already, as far as skins and whatnot, but i also REALLY hope that the skins aren’t as rare as they were last time around. I think it would be fair to have rare black lion chest drops for permanent armor and skins, but then have easier access to wep and armor skins that expire at the end of the event (and not just for four hours mind you). That way everyone can have fun and feel festive, without having to grind dungeons and pay for black lion keys, to have some stuff that is only relevant for two weeks. and those who really like Wintersday stuff can spend the time/money to have permanent stuff.
