Guild Wars 2

I’ve farmed this puzzle around 100 times. On occasion, I will get teleported back to the waiting area without reason. I didn’t fall, I didn’t die from debuff, and I didn’t run out of time. I’m sure it’s a bug. Anyone else?

I had this issue a few times. After logging out and back in, it seemed to clear up. I still have no idea why it started to happen though.
