We have two new guildies – so new, they started this weekend. Is there a way for them to get their tix presents still before Wintersday is complete (the back item, bag slot, etc)? The chest is gone, and they have tried talking to him hoping to spur an email but no love there.

I’d love an answer to this as well. I started my account after Christmas, then played through all the Wintersday Tixx events, and the jumping puzzle. I don’t see any chest next to Tixx, nor did I get anything in mail.
If anyone else could post whether they started doing events after Christmas and got the chest reward, that’d be great. I don’t want to file a bug report if that’s the way it’s supposed to work.
Well, you could try to put in a support/CS ticket. That should always be an option, especially if you don’t get any answers from anyone today (on the forums). Since there seems to always be a wait with CS, you might want to put a ticket in before the end of today if you don’t get an answer from other forum users.
