Guild Wars 2

so…I just solo’d the one in Divinitys reach as i was to lazy to type LFG Tixx…………….

took me around 20-30 minutes (Including me destroying the town…again) opened the chest and all i got was:

2 Giant wintersday presents (Gave me 1 ugly jumper each box)
3 Ugly wool socks.

and a Junk item “Sprocket” worthless…..

are the rewards for doing these type of dungeons, solo, intentionally bad?

yesterday, I was in a group and got a green & Blue item from the chest……………

I got much worse items from chest today too. Was in full team both times so it aint that. Just… luck of the draw… or lack there off

Pretty sure that was just luck (or lack thereof). Did The Grove one 4 times last night, first couple goes gave me Fine and Masterwork items, third gave me as you write, “junk” items and the fourth granted me an Exotic. Just luck of the RNG I would imagine. (I did this as a duo with my friend.)

the point of doing these is to get the parts you need to make any 2 minis you want if you want them and it’s not the point to farm them to become rich.

Man, RNG is killing me in games…
previous game i played also had RNG, and in order to get your gear it would have taken almost 6 months to get -.-
and now the RNG in guild wars 2 is just…..pushing me to kill myself in a manner of speaking….

Oh well, i’ll solo it later on, dungeon is fairly easy anyway xD

I don’t think anyone has worst luck than I do, lol. I did not get a single rare or exotic item during the Halloween event and I ran the dungeon every day for hours. So far, I have not gotten anything higher than blues and greens from chest in this Wintersday event. Haven’t gotten anything other than blues and greens from killing Claw of Jormag 40+ times either. My luck sucks, lol.

i finally got something good-an exotic ring- and it had the same exact stats of the green version of the ring at the same level. both were lvl 70 beserker rings with the same stats even though mine was “exotic” :/

Solo’d the DR event and got the same out of the chest. Yesterday in a group of 4 I got an exotic light armor shoulder piece. Make of it what you will . . .
