EDIT: AHA! Found the thread speaking about this, it says they’re currently testing a fix. I knew I had read a red response on this but couldn’t find it in the dev tracker.
I accidently (well Tixx forgot to mention my reward would be restricted to sPvP and that I wouldn’t be able to get the normal version) opened the mists Tixx chest and got the PvP Toymakers Bag that can’t be worn in PvE/WvW. So if anyone finds a way to trade I’d be more than happy to give up my sPvP only bag for the normal version. Really wish the bag was wearable anywhere considering it’s statless (at least the pvp version has no stats).

I just don’t have any frame left. xD
Guess I’ll keep them for next year, might be able to have all minis by then. ^^

Frames can still be bought in Lions Arch at the giant peppermint icon on your map for 250 ugly clothing pieces.
