If you feel lucky, I guess. Could get the skin you want for less. I’d personally get the extra 50 and buy what I wanted myself.

The benefit, as your post suggest, is one third of the cost of a weapon skin (at the risk of getting one you don’t want, of course – which you can always sell at the TP). Seems pretty straightforward.

Ahh, in that case if the prices of the weapon skins normalizes you could just buy these and sell what you get if you don’t want it then buy what you do want. Should work out that 2 unwanted skins is enough to get what you do want after the TP takes its cut.

Of course that assumes one skin doesn’t skyrocket while others plummet (which is probably what will happen).

And those are my two favorites. I was impatient, I paid about 90s each. Oh well, I still enjoy them.

Another question.

Are the resulting skins you get from the Unsafe Wintersday Gift account or soulbound? Or are they able to be traded?

It means if you have none of that skins(or have some but need at least 1 more of each of them) then you can buy that gift without risk since you won’t get stuff you don’t need(if you need everthing).

They are not bound at all.

And from what I saw earlier, 90s each for the wand and slingshot is pretty good – but that might just be compared to last night.

They are worth 30s each now. How do you know they don’t? it maybe rare to get one.
