Was just wonder which minis count towards the title. I noticed that the mini toy soldier for example does not count. Do any of the Wintersday minis count?

The only ones that count are the ones in the main collection window – the ones that come from the mini pack that’s in the gem store (and the 5 exotics made from putting those into the mystic forge).
