I cant find a concrete answer so i thought ill just ask directly.

I started participating in the event yesterday. I got my 2nd stack of mystical cogs(200/500). Will i be able to get the other 300 cogs when tixx will stay in LA ?

You should be able to I think. You can redo the first three days/dungeons (starting tomorrow, when Tixx gets to LA), but I don’t think anyone but Anet knows yet if we can get more cogs. Though in your case I would think you do, since you haven’t done the first three at all (since I’m assuming you don’t have the frames either).

You must be able to, come to think of it. Since, how else would the people who missed certain days get the frames for their mini or tonic. (At least the normal first time rewards)

As far as I am aware (And I think this has been confirmed by A-Net), you will be able to create only TWO of the mini pets from dungeons, as you will only be able to recieve 500 cogs.

Those who did not participate each day over the past 5 days, while Tixx was visiting each individual city will have a chance to replay the scenarios for their rewards (As this should be logged somewhere, same with the karka event issues where they could tell who was there and was able to recieve a chest), and those who have done it will still recieve the presents instead.

All other toys are still purchasable via the Black Lion Trading Company Gem Store for 350 gems a piece.

However, the other frames, stuffing and glue can be used to create tonics as well

You should be able to get cogs from events that you haven’t done.
Base on my observation (I maybe wrong), each of the event has its field in Special Event completion achievement. Once you completed the event, achievement filled, you will not get the rewards if trying on 2nd, 3rd, so on. So if you haven’t done event, the achievement still not trigger and you should receive awards for it when all events are repeatable in LA.

It would be only fair to let us get the cogs we didnt get in the first place. Im not asking for more then 500 just that ill be able to still get them
Otherwise id be stuck with 200 kogs now and now minipets what would be kinda sad.

You are able to get your rewards if you haven’t recieved them during the week.

If you have recieved them, you’ll be getting the presents

Also, Don’t forget the chest!!! That does re-spawn at the end of each dungeon I’ve forgotten mine so many times and had to re-enter the dungeon lmao

ANet confirmed that we will have access to all the original dungeons once Tixx comes to LA (see the Infararium thread at the top of this forum: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/wintersday/Tixx-s-Infinirarium). That also means all the first-time rewards (if you didn’t get a chance to enter on the original visit day).

They have not said if there will be additional cogs to be had after Tixx gets to L.A. All they’ve said is that the first five days will give you enough materials to make two of the minipets. That leaves a lot of days unaccounted for.

You will not get additional cogs if you did the dungeon through the first 5 days where he visited each city.

The way most people are assuming it works is that the first time you do each version of the dungeon, whether it’s on it’s day or after Tixx gets to LA, you get the frame and the cogs as a reward. Any repeat runs, either on the same day or in LA will give you presents instead.

If it doesn’t work that way I’ll be extremely dissapointed. My internet died the day he was in Divinities Reach and it didn’t get fixed until he’d moved on.

I’ve already created the Ventari for my Sylvari. Was planning to get Griffon for Asura and Princess for Human but… Tough choice

I’ve created the Ventari as well, though I think I may get the Griffon for my 2nd one cause it’s so fluffeh!!!
