So i read this

Rare: The festive fur cap, and a claim ticket for your choice of winter wooden weapons.

I got the hat out of one, but never got a claim ticket?

I got 2 hats, but when I hit deposit collectibles they disappeared, I never got a claim ticket with them, but I thought that it was one or the other.

EDIT: When I open the Hero screen it shows that I have 4 in my inventory instead of the 2 that I got, but none of them show up under the “I” inventory menu or the bank menu.
