What did Tixx give you for Wintersday? Have you enjoyed this holiday event was it more kind to you than LS? I think the mode was definitely better overall. Not so much complaining well the collectors are. But Meh to that go grind some gold for gems lol….It’s not hard and boom buy whatever problem solved

The mini games still keep me entertained especially the sound chior game. I stayed up 2 nights ago raging trying to get perfects lol….To me the rewards could be a little better but definitely doesn’t suck. The dungeon although repetitive even on the last day makes me laugh. Because I love stomping and crushing all those buildings. So yay or nay did wintersday make you happy or sad?

I thought it was a very well run event. It wasn’t intense and time limited which is great for the current holiday situation with everyone out and about. I mean you have from the week before christmas to just after New Years to get your gift from Tixx, and play all of the content (all of which I finished within a few days). Overall it was great fun, especially loved the Bell Choir and I hope they continue to include mini-games like that that are very different from any of the rest of the game.

I dont waste my hole life on boring pve. Anyway these is just another korean grind game style.

I am disappointed there is no 25th event like in GW1.

There never was a 25th event in GW1… it was always at newyears night (early 1st january morning here) and then a 24 hour run.

@Tum um whut? I think you stumbled into the wrong game forums. This is NOTHING like a korean grinder.
And yea I don’t think gw1 every had a 25th event I don’t remember it clearly though.

It’s always been a January 1st (PST) event in GW1

The wintersday was decent in my opinion. The schedule thing was even great, no time pressure. Now give me the maze and the mini-dungeon of Halloween with this relaxed time schedule and it would have been awesome.

I found the Tixx-Toxx-missions a bit lacklustre. All five events were the same at the core. And there are not even rewards to strive for. The weapon skins are simple, bordering on ugly (with the exception of the scepter and to a certain degree the staff).

All in all still a good job by Arena.Net but I see room for even more improvement

They should make like a dimension you can go just for fun. Where you can take on the past jumping puzzles. Maybe compete in finish times and a chance at prizes. I’m sure alot of people would appreciate that. Even let collectors have a chance at items they missed by completing that events puzzle. Atleast it be another shot anyway and one you earned.
