Guild Wars 2

If I were to buy these from the gem store, are they Soulbound or Account Bound? I am wondering so I know if I can use them on several characters or if each needs to get their own set.

I bought the griffon, it’s account bound. Would say the same goes for the costume as my mad king costume is also account bound.

Never mind, I found it myself the second I posted the topic. They are Account Bound if anyone else is wondering.
