Guild Wars 2

ive helped out the Charr in the black citadel but i didnt get the achievement for it.
in the screenshot you can see that i have the frame and 500 cogs. (plush + 250 cogs = 500) so i realy did it. is this maybe bugged due to me being a charr? are there more people having this problem?

I see a karka final chest abuser here who got the chest twice due to account bound karka box..
