Hello ANet and fellow players…

Just here wondering if there’s going to be any implementation of some sort of Festival Hat Keeper and Costume Keeper or an account wide bank tab that allows you to store your hats and costumes? As it is they’re taking up lots of valuable inventory space and I do not wish to delete them

I’m hoping you guys have been considering something along these lines and could potentially give a red post confirming yay or nay?

I really hope so. Hopefully it will be for any costume we have (ie. gem store ones). Hopefully they respond to this thread (even if its a no).

If they ever implement player housing I would like to see them sell in the BLT window shop mannequins.

You could place them around your “House” and then dress them with your gear you want to store. (Think Hall of monuments Armor area)

They could then also sell mannequin heads for the festival hats.

*Edit – If they don’t implement player housing this could be added to your Home Instance

As for the accountwide bank… we do have that. Had that since the begining.
However a keeper of hats and costumes… sure would love that. actually adding a new section of storage below the normal bank and the collectibles having a seperate one for costumes and hats would be coolness.

That’s what I said… add a tab in bank for hats and costumes…. xD

Adding a PvP Locker style system to manage town clothes of all sorts would be lovely.

I have made several posts like this since the game released – all have been ignored. I do hope we get a hat / costume collector NPC similar to GW1. I have no more storage space for costumes and I’d love to buy the ones coming out tomorrow if I had space.

I agree. Even if we had to buy the locker in the gem store, it would be welcome. My Account vault has already been expanded to the max and I still find myself not having enough room. The storage issue may dissuade some from buying such outfits at all, some some solution would be of double benefit to Arenanet.

I agree I’d like to see this as well. This way we can save those hats we get for festivals to be saved. As for costumes…I’d like to see these become account wide unlocks instead of individual buys, but ony ‘town’ costumes. As they are now is one reason I haven’t bothered buying them.

I’d also love to see the ability to use town costumes during combat at some point, outside the costume brawl.
