I know that you can get 1 mini from the meta achievement.

Is there any other way to obtain them this year?
Is the endless tonic recipe something that I can buy now and actually have the materials to complete?

I don’t find any information on these things in the wiki other than old information with the frames cogs glue and such that doesn’t seem accessible this year.

You get 1 mini from the achievement box (or 100 presents).

No way to get others, that I know of.

Endless Tonic recipes can be bought and crafted (ingredients are 20 Elonian Wine, 100 Bloodstone Dust, and 100 Flawless Snowflakes). I’d hold off on grabbing any of the recipes just yet, though, seems they’re buggy right now, giving you the wrong recipe when you consume them and such.
