Gem Rewards?

‘In early January, you will receive your gift based on gems you purchase and gem codes you redeem between 12:01 AM December 1 and 11:59 PM December 31 PST.’
Has anyone gotten this code yet? I’ve spent $50 on gems and I don’t have my code yet.
I doubt it will be a code. It will show up in your mail like the thank you kites did. Let ANet have a day off, though! It’s a national holiday today and more better they should get time off than burn out and start to hate their job.
It’ll come eventually. It said early January, not Jan. 1st.
Apart from a few staff doing essential jobs like server maintenance Anet were all on holiday over Christmas and New Years. I can’t remember if they went back today or are going back on Monday but either way it’s unlikely the items will be sent out yet.
Also, when they do send them they’ll probably have to do it in waves like the kite and the free mini pack to avoid overloading the mail system, so don’t panic if someone else gets it and you haven’t. Give it a day or so before worrying/emailing support.

i logged yesterday and got the green quaggan backpack skin in mail.

Any plan that involves dead quaggans is, by design, foolproof. I’m an unmitigated genius!
