I am 19/20 for the meta and I have tried using all the repeatables to finish, but none work. Is the only way to finish through dailies?

Yes, you’ll need to do the dailies. They started doing that somewhere this summer, that you can do a daily too, to advance the meta.

When you say dailies, does that include both PvE and PvP or are we able to do just the one? I’ve done 5/5 for my daily PvE yet my meta for the Journeyman Toymaker still remains the same

Its just 1 specific daily, like mine today is throw 5 snowballs at other players for the wintersday achievement.

Also, kill toxic wurm, alchemist or spider queen for the Toxic achievement.

They change each day and are fairly unique.
