i remember last yeah there were 2 presents – one was in la and one in the heart of the mists, containing bag with special skin, back item and some sort of other stuff.
Wont we get something like this this year? Im askin not because i want shinies, but because im leavin soon and i dont want to miss something cool.

I admit i was slightly disappointed myself, when I noticed that there is no gift chest like that this year. I know we have one with a mini from achievements, but it’s a bit different to get something on today’s morning like a real xmas gift.
I wasn’t playing last year and I had a little hope to get that toymaker’s bag skin, as it looks really great…

This years seems akin to “The Grinch that RNG’d Christmas” a timeless classic!

Yeah a bit disappointing, while we are not owed or entitled anything, a small pressie from GW2 would have been nice, look at, Eve nice gift this year they even did 13 days of pressie’s (admittedly only the 24th one was good), a bit bah humbug from ANET tbh.

Ya, we didn’t even get a free town gear hat from the gem shop like we did last year. While the flopping Gandalf the Grey hat didn’t match my Asura as all, I still liked that they continued the wintersday hat tradition from gw1.

I was deeply disappointed that they didn’t seem to bring it back this year.

This is exactly what I’ve been getting from the gifts this year. cry

at least 100 gifts per day and the same wool, wool, empy fragment, wool, wool, ori/gossamer recipe, wool, wool, and oh yeah maybe a dragonite ingot and more wool and the odd cheap weapon skins here and there maybe once every couple days.

spend all wool for more gifts

Rinse, repeat.
