so the wiki said the recipe changed into (check attachments) and i bought those items but whenever i put them into the forge nothing happens i can’t use the forge button why is that ?

That recipe is for artificing. I don’t think you can forge tonics this year.

Do you discover the recipes? Get the recipe from the mystic forge? They are drops? or what?

The original recipe might still be working, but you won’t be getting any frames, stuffing, glue or cogs from the game anymore.

The new recipe is part of the Artificer and you can get a recipe sheet which will unlock it on your Artificer (lvl450).
