Update:
I finished the download.
Rebooted my PC.
Clicked on Gw2FeaturePublicTestTiny, then run,
I get the test stress client right away.
Everything is fine for me

Yeah, I deleted my first PTT/folder and saved a new one. This download finished and is working fine. Thanks
