I am having the same problem. Downloaded the client this morning. Tried three times to log in and everytime I hit play it tries to load in for about a minute and then I get a crash report.

Same for me. I tried downloading it a second time and when it hit playable, tried to launch. It looks like its loading, you get the gw music but then this happens.

I have the same problem. I placed a support ticket with all of my logs and was told that they could not help. They suggested that I post here ……..
I wonder if it conflicts with Windows 10? Is there anyone out there running windows 10 that was able to get in?
