Harathi Hinterlands is displayed twice on map_floor.json (to be exact https://api.guildwars2.com/v1/map_floor.json?continent_id=1&floor=1) whatever the language selected.
The first time it contains all the informations, the second time it is truncated (only one sector, no landmark POI…)
Idem for Blazeridge Steppes, Dredgehaunt Cliffs, Lornar’s Pass and maybe other maps…
Hope this will be fixed shortly
