I tried correlating the recipe sheets that are on sale at the TP with the recipes exposed by the API and came up with a list of missing recipes from the API.

Failed to find recipe for Recipe: Pot of Fire Veggie Chili 9811 3340
Failed to find recipe for Recipe: Feast of Sesame Roasted Dinners 9697 3226
Failed to find recipe for Recipe: Feast of Asparagus and Sage Salad 9756 3285
Failed to find recipe for Recipe: Pot of Mushroom and Asparagus Risotto 9712 3241

The numbers at the end are the item ids of the recipe sheets and recipe id respectively.

You know that the “discovered items” list has been truncated a couple of months ago and a lot of items which are actually in game have not been “rediscovered” yet. (btw. i have those rcipes in my local DB)

I always overwrite mine with the new database as I didn’t expect them to remove recipes that are still valid.

I have access to the gw2db data too and they do have them in there. But it would have been nice if I can get these in the official api as well.
