Items not in api

Does someone need to have acquired an item before it will appear in the api?
I was creating some forge recipes and couldn’t find a few items:
Spirit of The Bard Experiment
Spirit of the Perfected Focus
Perfected Focus
Astralaria
Gift of Astralaria
Gift of Cosmos
The Mechanism
Nevermore
Gift of Nevermore
Gift of the Raven Spirit

I just went through the discovery queue (haven’t been around for a week-ish) and didn’t see Nevermore or Astralaria. I’m guessing that they haven’t been completed by anyone yet.

The reason for this is that there are currently blocking bugs in both collections.
