I’m trying to grab information about the buy and sell listing for crafting materials from the trading post and left a program running overnight to accomplish this. It seems like the code expired about an hour after the client would have been kicked to the character select screen for inactivity. Does anyone have any advice on keep the key active for a longer period of time?
As far as I know. It is not possible if you use the elevated key.
If you use the lower access key from the api website, you could just automatically re authenticate when the key runs out.
