Will "Heart of Maguuma" be continent nr.3?

Can somebody clarify on wether “Heart of Maguuma” will be a continent with the ID 3 oder an expansion of Tyria (ID:1), so people can plan accordingly?
Preferable that answer would come from an Anet dev, but of course a player/user would be fine if you can name/link your source.
If you are not allowed to give us that information or it’s just not finalized yet, that’s fine, too.

I haven’t looked at it, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to be on Tyria (e.g., id 1). The continents are basically completely separate maps (e.g., check the world map when you’re in Heart of the Mists), and Maguuma is already on the Tyrian world map.

@StevenL: I was actually about to ask roughly the same thing. Pretty much every change to the map size and/or scrolling mechanisms on it would break parts of my app, so I would be pretty happy about a way to participate in the beta tests.
