i dont understand this video at all. you guys lost some fights and then won a zerg v zerg later? I can only guess whatever this is about was on that unreadable email.
You look at what we do and see nothing more than a large zerg running around the map. This is why you failed this week. You need to stop making excuses about why you’re losing and come up with a way to win. You won’t beat us if you don’t give us any more credit than the numbers. Even when you match our numbers you still won’t beat us, and that’s because you can’t understand anything that’s going on beyond just the number of players. So in short: stop complaining on the forums about why you’re losing and try to organize better so you can compete in T1.
There was never one with badgate. With Blackgate, however, It is still strong. But I’m an Eu player so I decided to try out a mid tier Eu server. I’m still rooting for BG, though!

Not sure when T2 became a breeding ground for crybabies who get mad when people don’t play exactly the way they like it. Nothing wrong with people who cap bloodlust, walk yaks, siege, scout and do whatever else you are crying about. WvW is team based effort. People do different things that add up to a collective effort, get over it. Pretty ridiculous that you think WvW you should solely be open field fights with no higher objective in the background. It’s like you rather play practice mode on Madden than Franchise.

I only said that because he basically generalized everyone in the tier when there are all types of people. Some roam, some zerg, some scout, etc.

So you actually think solo/small group roaming fighting other roamers for bloodlust is boring and skillless? I have no problem you like to be a zergling in guild zergs of various sizes, but I find this one zergling boast about “personal skill” to another zergling while talking kitten about roamers thing funny.

The PVT meta in groups is way more used in T1 than in T2, you’re talking without actually knowing, a 15-25 man team vs 2:1 or 3:1 odds requires a lot of more focus and specific roles to pull it off, but then again you’re just talking without actual facts here in a sad attempt to defend your former server/tier
Also at Reslinal and the bloodlust havoc squads argument, you’re right, the small scale fights does require more skill and props for that. But the fact that your main purpose is standing in a circle doing laps to secure your servers PPT than whatever fighting/ganking you do on the way speaks for itself.

Actually most you do is attacking/defending/ganking other roamers in the area/trying for bloodlust. Need for bloodlust gives a point of interest for roamers to come and find fights rather than just wandering aimlessly, doing it while contributing significantly to your server is a nice plus.
Anyway as you said there is no point in arguing any further, there is nothing wrong with you enjoying gvg just as there is nothing wrong that people enjoying play for ppt or roaming etc.
Sos QQ on forums is really getting old. What do you expect from T1? Just quit complaining…cause apprently hope can only wipe blobs with a lot of pugs following if you study the video. 2 blob wipes of bg but video is only 5 mins long. So they were wiped a lot, just got edited out

What’s difficult about capping a tower or keep against minimal resistance and then sieging and scouting said tower or keep? All it takes is gold and a few hours to escort yaks and upgrade. Then you just sit there and call out to the map commander that you need them to come wipe the enemy zerg.
It’s not a complicated situation. And pretty much all of us who play for fights used to play PPT when the game first came out. It’s only when we accepted that the score really didn’t matter in the long run that we stopped.
I know for fact that Visirale used to be a hardcore PPter when we were back on IoJ. Vis and I once held Golanta for upwards of 6 hours. We just got bored by it. Especially considering we played NA prime while IoJ’s real workhorses were during OCx.
The real reason SoS can’t get out of their home towers and Garri is because those are the only things they can upgrade before they get reset.
Maybe BG has never experienced having their entire map wiped of upgrades every day or every few hours by another server who can field more than they can at times you don’t have defenses. You are the ones who are always resetting. The momentum BG has from having T3 keeps and towers at all times is monstrous. SoS literally has to climb a mountain just to get their own BL back. Then they have to build their own mountain while simultaneously holding off the hordes of T1.
Just in case you don’t understand, its kind of difficult. So why try?
But then the whole [HOPE] qq made me cringe. If you don’t consider yourself a zerg at 20 then you are being truly a hypocrite. WvW is a game of PPT. If you want to QQ about it, please find another game mode, you are complaining about the wrong thing.
There is probably more group skill in T1, but less individual skill on average, but that’s a broad generalization. If SF/SG (JQ) could have a guild only group on a map they would be just as competitive vs you as anyone. Same goes for CHOO from BG or well… TC doesn’t have great organized guilds.
Players are vastly different. Go solo around in Ruins and you’ll see how well people play, going around looking at zergs/blobs that are charged with keeping the ppt up and then complaining about it is just silly on your part HOPE.

Plz, people were getting sloppy by that time of the night due to steamrolling everything, including your guild(Even with the pug zerg by your side), which we have been doing everytime you have entered ebg. Also it was more like 10 vs 80. Nice Try.
