Hello everyone!

Above are the links to my livestream on twitch, and my youtube channel. While it’s not super crazy/highly watched, I figured I would atleast make a thread dedicated to my channel and stream to get the word out to atleast some up and coming Elementalists who are interested in World v World. I welcome all imput, positive and negative, and usually respond to any emails/comments made on my videos.

I’m a current Commander on the Fort Aspenwood server(which I NEVER plan to transfer from), and I stream my gameplay on twitch.tv when I do play(most of the time!) I take any cool/interesting clips from my twitch channel and export them to my youtube(which also doubles for any other games I play, League of Legends, Starcraft 2, anything else random).

Watched your video abit.. Great Watch first of all.. Just curious what gear are you running with? And coupled with what Runes? I watched the Dragon something, watching from phone so its Hard see noticed that you had around 23k HP but was that due to keep buffs ? Thanks for a great Watch! Will Watch more as soon as i can sit at the computer

After they stripped the orb bonuses, with food I had 22k hp, but that was with a pretty large robust health % buff, so I think my real max hp is around like 21.5k. We had a couple orbs in the videos I uploaded recently. With 3 orbs I can hit almost 27k hp, it was pretty crazy and I’m pretty glad they removed the orb bonuses(atleast for now, I DO like having a big objective on the BL’s to work towards, as I’m a DAoC vet and the Relics were the biggest thing to go for, for sure)

I’m making a video today after I get some sleep that will go over my spec/armor/runes/etc.

Stupid forum wont let me Edit.. Another question i have is what stat you prefer focusing on? And is it at all worth Going for Healing Power just for self healing ?

Hey, this spec is fun. I suck at d/d, and I use mostly knight’s exalted so power, prec, toughness. I bought 2 of those accessories in your bottom vid and now I’m broke with 15.4k hp. I use 4 Air runes for swiftness duration and swiftness on heals, and 2 speed runes for swiftness duration and 25 vitality. I like ’em. Swiftness is on almost 100% of the time while roaming.

I guess I’ll try to keep this thread interesting and ask you guys some questions too, what is your favorite weapon skin on your Elementalist?

Well since in lowbie i cant say for My ele.. But im pretty sure the best looking daggers ive Ever Seen are the AC ones) most other dungeon weapons just look bad tbh..

I am rolling with the Forest daggers in sPvP, they are dope.

I went your spec with my Priory set and didn’t see the same stats you had going for you, then I went to use the same sigils and they are 4g a piece, which in turn made me curl up in a ball and cry myself to sleep.

What weapons?

What is your normal damage rotation?

Man every time I go and try to watch your stream, you’re never on…(at least at normal U.S. hours…)

I use the stats on the Invader’s Daggers that I transmuted onto “Corrupted Shard”

As for a good combo, something like, RTL → updraft → Burning Speed → Ring of Fire is a good opening, you can either then switch to earth to do a EQ → Churning Earth(which nets you LOADS of might stacks in the flame area) or do Drake’s Breath + Fire Grab.

No need to nerf Eles because of a handful of really good players. If I was as good as Bit, I’d be posting videos too.

I think I ran across Bit earlier this week… or I should say he ran over me If not him, someone dressed like him anyway.

Bit: I have a request. Would it be possible for you to take one of your duel videos and go through it in some detail, like what tactics you are using because of the class of your opponent, or what you might change against a different class, etc.

Yeah I could do that for sure. Any video you have in mind in particular? I’m uploading a few more duel videos in the next couple days as well, as well as some zerg shenanigans.

Since I mostly seem to run into thieves in WvW… that might be a good place to start

I’ve only had the opportunity to duel one thief since I switched to tanky spec a few months back, but I haven’t had a huge amount of trouble against them. I think the main spec that would really give me issues is the lotsofstealthglasscannon thief build. That hurts, a lot. It would really come down to what you dodge roll. If you can evade their big damage and keep aoe damage going around yourself to keep hitting the thief, then you should be in a good spot.

If a thief gets the jump on you, its a tough fight. I’ve still been backstabbed for 9k even with all my toughness stacking, so starting a fight at 11k hp is a tough hill to climb.

Condition damage thieves are a lot easier to deal with, as this spec just has SO much condition removal. Shouldn’t be much of an issue there.
