Guild Wars 2

I recently cut apart Battle on the Breachmaker into several ringtones and formatted them for multiple OS’s. I also captured the in-game audio for the different attunements as notifications. The problem is, I have no idea if it’s legal for me to post them online (soundcloud specifically) or if it’s against various copyright laws. Any chance you all could help answer this for me?

I’m no expert, but as long as you don’t make a profit of real money or claim that it’s your work, you should be fine. Just make sure you give credit where credit is due. I know that the official ANet sound cloud has the music from the event up already and you can leave a link to that in whatever description you make for your ringtones so people know generally the original source and composer.
But again, not an expert in legal things, just expressing a thought.
