These were all made in photoshop using a wacom tablet and various screenshots of in-game characters for reference.

Those are amazing. But why are they all humans?

Its just coincidence. The people who asked me for custom wallpapers happened to be human.

Nice done! Where can I find those brush presets?

Sorry, but I really dont remember. Another thing stumbled upon and forgotten. Im pretty sure some are from just googling Splatter brushes photoshop.
