You need 500 dragonite per Vision Crystal and one Vision Crystal per ascended weapon.

Updated, since the Gates of Arah gives none.

Assuming ascended armor, coming out who knows when, will need 1 Vision Crystal per piece, it is advised to save 3000 dragonite ore (= 30 dragonite ingots) to be ready for when it does. Hopefully this will be enough to craft one full set of ascended armor.
