Something like this? Not really sure what direction in general you are thinking of.
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”
I guess I’m thinking of a cross between my “gear check” piece and the caption contest. Maybe a lil paragraph about something that happened to you in game, or an observation. Perhaps some oddity that struck you as funny. I’m just looking to supplement those anecdotes with an illustration.
I figure it can go a couple different ways, either it can be pm’d to me or posted here. Once I select/work up/finish them, I can place them in the post they reference.
Also, any other artists with similar thoughts or ideas, please feel free to put up your own stuff too! It’s a fun for all!

Ok, first attempt is up! Still want to play around with formatting, just wanted to get an example up. Feedback is VERY encouraged. Thanks for looking.
As always, I love your art. However, using different colors for each of the panels just felt a bit weird to me. Leaving them black and white, and just having the captions underneath each image, rather than having the color indicate which picture they go with, would be simpler and more elegant. I look forward to seeing more of your work, as it has been consistently of high quality.
Thanks for the feedback! I wasn’t really sure what to do with them honestly. I had the sketches done days ago. I finally just put them on my tablet and tried to just paste them together. I’ll try your suggestion for the next one. Also, don’t be scared to put up an anecdote of your own!
Not sure if this is the sort of thing you’re looking for, but here goes. I don’t know if they fixed it or not, but for a while, when my norn ranger used Hunter’s Call (4 skill on warhorn) on an Air Elemental, the hawks it summoned were big enough for my norn to ride on. It amused me every time.
Alternatively, and semi-related, when the Huntsman used Hunter’s Call on the people in my party (and also on me) at the end of Honor of the Waves story, I couldn’t help but think that this was the Tyrian equivalent of The Birds. I feel an homage to Alfred Hitchkitten (ugh, if only the censors could take context into account) would be appropriate.

Those are great ideas! I’m working on 1 currently, but I’ll definitely get 1 of these on the list! Thanks for the suggestions!
Newest post is up. Still playing with formatting. Hoping this is better then the last one, though I definitely didn’t have time to go over them in ink. Thanks for looking!!
I actually liked your coloured format – because it’s different. However the second one is easier to read.
Likes it.
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”
Here’s a quickie for you….
A norn walks into a bar in Rata Sum…
Another quickie…
“Today Trahearne gave his all to support his troops during the long bitter cold siege of Jormag’s lands”
Nooo – he could have provided many useful glow-in-the-dark-sticks and toothpicks!
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”
Another quickie as I just don’t seem to have the time I used to.
“…a discovery today by scholars from the Priory, show that a typographical error related to the dragon of the deep, finally reveals the true threat. Not the Deep Sea Dragon, its the Deep Sea Quaggan!!!
“After a close encounter, and a narrow escape, a local Lion’s Arch fisherman reported the harrowing ordeal.”
Fisherman:“…it was horrible!! It just kept chasing me around saying ‘come! Let quaggan coo-rrupt you!!’”
Below is an artist rendering if this terrifying new threat.
Another quickie…
“Today Trahearne gave his all to support his troops during the long bitter cold siege of Jormag’s lands”
