I create specific fitness routines for video games. This way, you can get into better shape while playing the games that you love! Because everyone has differing levels of physical capability, I have 3 levels of routine difficulty for each game. Normal, Heroic and Legendary. The video that I just posted is the normal routine. The harder difficulties will be released in the coming days. Give it a try and stick with it! You will not regret it!
