Guild Wars 2

For those of you who like to read fan-fiction, here’s a treat! The Foundation Guild is in the process of writing an unofficial expanded universe (UEU) for GW2. Our characters and stories are carefully written in order to fit into the rest of the land of Tyria without conflicting with the canon storyline. You will not see Logan, Caithe, or Rytlock (sadly) but you will see characters from each story interacting with the world of Tyria and overlapping with one another in how they all fit together into the secretive order, Foundation.

Though every story can stand on it’s own, because characters and plot-lines cross between the writers in interesting ways.

Written by the guild leader in a staccato surreal style which keeps the reader guessing on the edge, Ayroh covers the story of the creator of the Foundation through his many trials and victories as he makes norn allies, and charr enemies. Twenty-four chapters in three acts, a sure to please read! It has a sequel, Blood of the Sun which continues the story of Ayroh as he struggles with the aftermath. Takes place roughly one year before the storyline of GW2 (complete but continued in Blood of the Sun)

Fifteen chapters about a borderline-psychopath sylvari Dryetn and his human partner Katryn on a bloody (or sappy if you get the drift) crusade against the Nightmare Court. Blood and sap fly in this deep, yet battle filled plot. This story directly overlaps with Ayroh above and introduces more of the “Architects” behind Foundation.

Dark and mysterious, the tale of Dhalik is one filled with excitement and necromancy, with the plus of being recently updated! Ties in with Ayroh. Six chapters so far.

The Splintered Journey by Tsath (http://www.foundation-hub.org/the-splintered-journey/)
What happens when crazy people gradually become more sane? Characters tie in with Ayroh. A fun read! Also on Fanfiction.net.

Dance of Lead by Caerulei (http://www.foundation-hub.org/dance-of-lead/)
My own contribution to the Foundation project. A story of a crippled charr, his human best friend, and a highly unusual sylvari. First act takes place before Ayroh, but following acts are after. Ayroh, Ache, The Splintered Journey, and Lost Souls will all have cast members feature heavily.

Book One of an ongoing saga about a norn coming of age. More light-hearted but still action-packed with touches of romance.

The author is going to focus more on art, however his character, Fujiko, will be in the third act of Dance of Lead.
