Guild Wars 2

Our guild has been on a serious Out of map experience kick. We have the worst knack for immediately finding every possible route to get out of the map’s playable area. (And sometimes breaking our own dungeons >.<) This takes us to some strange places…

Things you will see in this video:

I’m always hesitant to post these kind of videos, not because I’ll get banned, but because I don’t want arena net to start throwing up invisible walls everywhere.  Personally I think AN should just take off most invisible walls and let players discover the world.  Is there really an advantage to falling below the map or climbing on random mountains?  Most of the time it takes more effort to get out of the zone then it does to get to a hypothetical goal (chest or vista).

What do you guys think: more or less invisible walls?

Knowing Arenanet, the entire cast of this video will be permbanned by next week.

Parkour is a show of climbing and jump skills, in order to make a parkour video there would need to be jumpdodges from places to places etc.

This is just people exploiting places with lack of collision.

Jumping alone is not parkour.
Parkour is spectacular, risky, to-the-edge jumps, backward dodge-jumps from a roof to a tiny handrail, etc.
Watching and doing parkour is thrilling, the video is just a Benny Hill sketch.

Not trying to rain on your parade just stating that what you show is not parkour.

The term is used in exaggeration since parkour as in the real world is not possible in a limited MMO. The playful title apparently flew right over your head…

hehe personally, Anet should just take away all invisible walls in between maps and just make super high ledges you can’t possibly get up. Idk about anyone else, but if you can see a place to get to, you should be able to at least try

Nice video, I love getting up peaks and trees and other high stuff too but I’m so bad at it it would cost me too much in waypoints try-again^^

Have you ever tried to get to a vista and ended up in a completely opposite and out of the map place?
