A map of all zones in GW2, in google maps format. Editable (locally, universal additions must be submitted and approved first) points can me plotted at the point of your choosing. Established during Beta.

They put that there to show they don’t own rights to those images/files. Pretty much any site that is a fansite or an unofficial site will have that notice on it if they are using official information/files on their site.

That refers to the map itself, as it’s Anets map and graphics, not their website. If you look at that link, it’s linking back to the ToU for the map on Anets site.

very good site, although its a bit cheap/arrogant saying its managed by arena net when it isnt.

That may be so, but if it’s the ONLY legal documentation visible on the site, then ownership would be the general presumption.

I really like that this includes the locations of jumping puzzles! Will make getting those achievements a little easier. I am confused though about the treasure chests? Are those for events which reword chests?

Indeed, and don’t forget that you can make your own additions to the map and submit them for review! For example, I added the Dark Reverie JP near Morgan’s Leap.
