Guild Wars 2

I’ve written a mod program that works with Guild Wars 2. However, it is general-purpose and not specifically coded for the game. I don’t want to say exactly what this mod does, but suffice to say it is purely cosmetic; I do not think it confers any in-game advantage, and it isn’t a bot.

I’d like to show it to someone at ArenaNet. I’m not looking for an official statement, but it would be good to know if my account will be banned for releasing this. Even if my account will be banned, I’m probably going to release the program anyway, because it is applicable to other games. However, if I am banned, I will certainly warn others not to use it with GW2.

So, anyone at ArenaNet, please send me an in-game mail if you want to see the mod. If I am not online, just let me know when you will be available.

I’m interested in seeing what the mod you made does. If I were you, I wouldn’t hold my breath and wait for someone from ANet to contact you – maybe just make a post releasing it on reddit instead if you don’t want it tied to your name here?
