He was born smaller than most norns. He was timid and shy. His father was disappointed with his son, but his mother loved him more than anything else. She taught him to fight and to hunt. He soon became a grand warrior and the slayer of Issomir. But lets talk more about his childhood. He grew up in Ascalon where he was best friends with a charr going by the name of Gilda Hunstworth. She was large. They met while Lehpercon was in the fields helping out with the machines. She had a long tail and a big blue eyes. She came up upon him running on all fours where they met there in the plains of ashford.
“Hello, this is the first time i have seen a norn living here in Ascalon. Let alone one so small!” Said Gilda with a smirk.
“Leave me at once i have a devourer to tend to.” Lehpercon said. At the time he was only 15.
“Calm down, just here to have a little fun. Let me show you something. I stole it from my father!” She pulled out a long sword. She had trouble lifting it up but it was beautiful. Made out of the finest dark steel she swung it once and the blade shimmered in the sunlight.
“Let me see that.” She handed him the great-sword and he lifted it in the air. “Ha, this was made by the humans that once inhabited here. Your father must have participated in the great wars. This is a nice blade. How much are you willing to sell it for???” She nodded.
“2000 Gold!” She smiled. Lehpercon handed back the sword looking a little sad. “20!” She smiled and laughed. "But….. I could always craft you a blade. My father is a master smith. He taught me everything he knows.
“That would be nice.” He smiled looking deep into the charrs eyes.
“But first i have to show you a very special place.”
“And where is that? I know every cave, waterfall and harpy nest in all of ascalon!!!”
“Well you probably don’t know where the “cave of solitude is”."
“Ha, that’s is where all the charrs go to hunt!!!”
“Yeah that’s also my secret hideout. After you get past the cave wurms and the grubs you will find a very cool p-lace. It is where i hide my smithing station and ores. But i only take people i trust there.”
“Ha! We just met. And yet you trust me??? I could be a bandit!!!”
“Very funny. I know your mother!!! She lives right in that house. She is the master hunter!!! She even taught me how to hunt. But anyways lets go!”
She ran across the fields jumping up and down until they got to a cave. They entered inside and it was infested with wurms and grubs. They seemed harmless but they didn’t want to agrovate any of them. The walked down a makeshift stairwell to a small hole in which metal smithing equipment and chest lined the way.
At once she started up by melting some iron and primordium down to form steel. She pourd the batter into a fold and pressed dowbn hard. She then made a handle out of soft wood and took a couple of talismans and spread them over the blade. She took out teh blade and hammered it down and then finnished it off by rinsing it and attaching the handle and charms.
A large charr blade was forged. Nearly taller than Lehpercon but he was able to lift it (As norns are strong as an ox).
“I. I love it!!!” He lifted the blade into the air and swung it. he then went over and gave the charr a hug. A forever friendship was born
