I wander through the city
No one knows my name
I walk unseen and invisible
Everyone looks the same

I travel on unknown voyages
I wander through lands so vast
My journeys number in the thousands
My spells are nothing except when cast

I find what cannot be found
I seek but not yet know
My knowledge is so vast
A thousand books lined up in a row

I wish I could show you
The music in my mind
The music in my heart and soul
Fate can be so unkind

But life moves on and so do we
Always in motion is time
