Rubi seems like a pretty cool lady so i drew this picture from a screen shot i grabbed from reaper ready up episode. Before you ask, yes the hair needs improvement but its hard to capture the flow of her hair type. I heard her and robert talk about some fan art on guild wars 2 tumblr so i was wanting to get some feed back before i attempt to submit this portrait there. The armor is the kind you get from orr from one of the karma merchants. I also take requests and have some other art if interested.
well thank you (Hail Satan). I’ve done some editing , enlarged some facial features and I’m somewhat close to the finished product. Although I am stuck between three different mouths unfortunately. What do you all think? Which mouth should i use to finish? I have included the two mouths on the side of the picture and a completely different one on the drawing itself. I kind of like the original because it resembles the picture of Rubi the best although the regular closed lip mouth looks more proportionate.
Just an update, I know it’s been a while and I apologize. However I have some great news that I felt I needed to share. I recently discovered the ‘fill’ tool in paint, so be expecting a COLORED version of my piece!
