<- means go down an octave
A number/number is a chord and you should press both keys together. Example 3/5 so press 3 and 5 together

so after it plays 3 times, it drops an octave and continues but the gw2 harp doesn’t go that low so we’ll stay in the same octave to be able to play everything.
