Will you post the results?

Survey complete
I could definitely post the results if people were interested. Thanks to everyone who has helped so far
Did they teach you in this class, that all surveys are useless for providing any actionable information? They are completely pointless as you cannot come to any reasonable conclusion about anything by looking at the data. This is because surveys based on human provided answers cannot be verified, and thus cannot be considered actual data.
Sorry for the rant. I’m sure your teacher was just looking to provide the class some busywork. It just really irks me when people, especially the media, proclaims some sort of factual truth or evidence based on a survey. Again, data obtained in surveys cannot be verified, and therefore cannot be used to reach a conclusion.
Bumpty,bump i liked it and finished it
@kuldred
While there are definitely inherent flaws to surveys they are useful for establishing hypothesis in a relatively cheap manner. Large representative sample sizes help. Obviously this isn’t representative, it’s only looking at people that browse the official forums, but it’s good to go through the motions anyway, especially in a class enviornment

Looked nice, but I could not participate. I lack the ‘main’.
Was going to take this now but didn’t have access to my account. I’ll try to take this when I’m at home in the next few days.

Thanks to everyone who has helped so far! All this data is providing lots of opportunities for interesting analysis! Keep it coming
Filled it out. I’d love to see the results when you’re done with it!

Getting lots of good data?
Yaks Bend
Yep! Lots of stuff that I wasn’t really expecting and lots of very interesting trends. I’m hoping to get even more data so that I can make sure my discoveries are as accurate as possible
