You can email customer support about it but there is no remedy for you. Anet won’t step in to enforce an agreement between two players however if there are chat logs that show he intentionally scammed you, he may get a suspension for it.

Also, you should remove his name. Naming and shaming like this is against forum rules and can result in you getting an infraction.

I’m sorry you had a bad customer. I think most people here are more honest than that.

Did not know naming them could get me in trouble. Most places are perfectly fine with it, and they will let you do it on a blacklist to alert other artists that they scam so they don’t get into the same situation with the person D;

but yea, I might just do a customer service report. I had a friend mail them to tell them to remove me from their block list, and that if they do not they will be reported lol. We’;ll see how this goes I guess? e_e

PS:

I am happy to say it was resolved. When my friend mailed them, they contacted me and apologized and said their little brother got on the account and blocked all his friends. Whether true or not (I’ll hope it is for his sake xD), it means I got my payment ^^

as this is a trade for something not related to the game (ie, not a game item) then customer service probably will not help you. You can try reporting them via a customer service ticket, but I doubt it will make any difference.

Resident smug Englishman on the NA servers, just because.

This was resolved, but thanks for the info.

I do have a question though, since you brought up service tickets.

A few days ago I got my hands on enough ticket scraps to get a weapon skin. I then put the skin on the item broker, and when I clicked it to sell it my mouse accidentally double clicked and it auto went in for 2 copper (It was 70-80g on the broker).

I put in a ticket with a screenshot explaining what happened but never got a word back. Is all hope last? D;

Putting in a CS ticket is all you can do for those scraps. CS is usually fairly nice with mistakes like this as long as your account doesn’t show a pattern of similar requests. These two links may be helpful.

Hmm well I put it under bug or whatever cuz someone told me I should put it under that. I was given the option to screenshot the sale, which I did, and then put a brief description. But when I sent it it thanked me and said they don’t reply to those reports x_x
