The Wickerwind Carnival is about to make its triumphant debut to GW2.

It would seem like a certain Snowman King has awoken from his long and frosty sleep.
Perhaps a mad old Queen will join him for some fun to reap.
Laughter and games, putrid flames, and screams of joy and fear.
A party sublime, an unforgettable time. Must be that time of the year.
