Wow that’s amazing! I’ve never seen anything like it, really brings meaning to the name “GUILD WARS 2” Hopefully Anet notices this and really puts more of their focus into this game mode versus structured player vs player. TG #1!

I love that the enemy totally fails to see your HP is low several times, fails to focus, and the whole thing is played on a flat piece of ground that is barely large enough for two ranged players to not be able to hit each other across it.

Good use of fields and blasts and constant blob to maximum effect.

Video shows pretty much how non-tactical combat in GW2 is when to be most effective you have to blob up to get the benefit of blasts, buffs, etc.

Not sure why 5v5 would even be counted as a gvg (was there more, hard to see through all those effects).

Much preferred proper gvg from Guild Wars with tactics and splits rather than this pale imitation. I miss those days.

No offence to those involved who show good skill levels and good use of buffs and skills and combos, but that size flat arena isn’t what I’d consider as ‘proper’ gvg, as there isn’t really enough space to move around or flank or engage/disengage.

Looks like the arenas are tons of fun for GvG guilds.
