Who gets 'spotlight' in Dungeon cinematics?

I think it might be the person that opens the dungeon instance, that gets the spotlight in cinematics. But I can’t say for sure.
Regarding skipping, if you skip the cutscene, you go back to the game. But you’ll see any party members that are still watching the cutscene with a “camera-icon” above their heads. So unlike in GW1, you do not have to wait for others to confirm skipping. Its entirely client side.

Yes, it is the person who opened the instance who speaks during the cutscene.
Thanks! I’ll be sure to keep that in mind.

I hope you don’t get dissapointed. The Story of Arah is probably the worst boss fight of all the times. So boring that I almost quit the game after that. Thank’s god the tower of nightmares happened that same month and it hooked me until now.
