Hi ive just started a youtube channel and would like you guys to come check it out. The video that’s on there is just a launch vid so people can find me and ill be uploading lots of new stuff in the new year. I’m going to focus on pvp troll bashing, wvw roaming, build videos and anything else you guys would like to see. The channel is called “Ryu’s G Play”

Any feedback would be great on how I can improve my channel and videos. I know video quality is a issue but that’ll be sorted by Christmas when I get my new set up so ill be able to record clear hd videos. I didn’t know wether to add music or not or anything else you guys would like to see?

Like I’ve said im not just doing troll bashing videos ill be uploading general game play and wvw roaming vids. The video your referring to I can’t comment if they was noobs and nor does it say they’re the best ever, they was just trolls trying to disrupt a rank farm and so I’ve made a vid killing them. And I know for a fact some people like that idea. I’ve had fights with legendary cc hammer warriors and dps thieves and still won so it’s not like I fight just “noobs”. My idea behind the troll bashing series is you see a lot of trolling vids online but non of the troll being beat so that’s the root I went down. If you don’t like it I appreciate the feedback but all I can say is stay tuned for something different in the new year =)

Hi guys a couple of new videos up any feedback would be great. Think I’ll be posting some build videos and dungeon runs next. Any help would be great on what people would like to see in my videos.
I’m thinking about doing a gold give away each week aswell. I pick a subscriber at random each week and give them 5 gold. It’s not loads but it’s consistent and you won’t be limited the amount of times you can win.

Honestly, if you want to attract viewers you need to personalise your videos more, have some voice commentary, that sort of thing. I watch a lot of gameplay videos while doing something as I tend to just listen to person’s rationale of his gameplay. Tell us in your videos, what the general issues are regarding trolls in pvp, what your stance is on it and alternatives to dealing with them. Discuss issues or gameplay topics that are conversation starters. Once you do that, you are starting the process of turning your viewers into participants and then you start generating some traffic.

Great post nadz thank you. I’m getting a headset today so I’ll be starting to release vids with me talking. Going to start with a build video explaining everything including game play tips to get the most out of the build.
