im trying to capture my WvW fights. any1 can recommend a software that is suitable for my use. currently i use fraps. is there anything out there better and simple to edit

Bandicam. Same quality as fraps. Although. A 30 minute video. Is. Only. About 200 mg, compared to fraps’ 12 gb

Bandicam is good, and it’s free in 15 minute increments. Fraps is the best, but it’s ridiculously large so you need to swap it to .mp4 or .flv and then delete the .avi file

xfire is a free one, but it’s more annoying than it’s worth. The only benefit is they have a straight upload to youtube button. The bad news the files are gigantic, and recording both your mic and the game sound is impossible at the same time is so wonky it’s not worth it. However if you just want to record what’s happening, it’s the easiest to use.

Better than fraps? Dxtory I guess but you should have a big hdd for that.
