Guild Wars 2

Hello my fellow Devonians! this is Kremor of [MEDS] here to talk about the newest and possibly the largest event ever!

[MEDS], along with amazing guilds such as [UHoT] and [kYrO], are working to bring you the worlds first player created event;

Summer Festival!

The best part about this is, you too can help in the upbringing of such a wonderful event! You too can help in 2 easy steps;

1. talk to you guild leader and tell him/her about the event
2. have said leader contact either FrozenKnight.9731 or Shiggityswaa.8935

of course more information will be given later depending upon how many guilds, and how large they are, will help in creating said events.

Q&A basic

• “But what will the summer festival be about?” – It will be about not only helping other get to know Guild Wars 2 a bit better, but to bring DR together as a whole. Not only that but it will be a lot of fun.

• “Where will this take place and when?” – There will be some in EB wvw, pvp and the major cities in Tyria. Unfortunately we cannot give a specific time of when it will start but it will be sometime in the summer i guarantee it!

• “What about those who cannot attend the wvw events? wouldn’t that make it unfair?” – yes and no, the wvw events will be more of a said thank you for those who are DR players but it will most likely cost more to attend. This matter will most likely be looked at later on.

• “What kind of events will be there? – All of the events will be conducted based off of area and guild sponsoring said area for the event. for example [MEDS] at divinity’s reach would be in charge of the events there.

• “Will there be a fee to attend?” – If you are from the guild that is in charge of the events it is free. If you are not most of the events should be about 50 silver a piece. This price is not set yet because it depends upon the market at that time.

• “Can other servers participate/attend the event?” – other players from other guilds can attend the event but those who are creating the events have to be from DR server. This is so that if there is an overflow that the event creators can be in the main server for DR. wouldn’t it be crazy if it actually made these places go into overflow?

• “What is your goal for said festival?” – to show you what kind of guilds are out there, to demonstrate that DR is a strong server in many ways, and to show arena Net that we too can create amazing events :3

I am also going to ask those who are outside of DR to help spread the word of the Fun In the Sun Festival, best way to spread info is by mouth or text.

also since there are three locations to handle the events those who are listed above have the option to choose what place they would like to hold events.
The options are;

1. WVW
2. Tyria
3. pvp & gendarren fields

please rate from most wanted to least wanted so we can sort your location.

also decide on what month we shall hold the event, June or July.
