There’s no longer a Guild Wars 1 Support forum, from what I understand, so I wasn’t sure where to post this. But since this is the Event sub-forum, I figured this is the closest thing.

Q: How does a non cantha character get to the Dragon Festival as it is held in the Shing Jea Boardwalk, which only Cantha players have access to.

Sorry nobody posted this for you, but if you travel to the Marketplace and then go into the Kaineng Docks zone and talk to First Mate Xiang, you should be able to travel to Seitung Harbor on Shing Jea Island, which is just a short trek up a mountain path to the Monastary, and if I recall correctly, the Shing Jea Boardwalk is not a zone in its own right, just a sectioned off part of the Shing Jea Monastary zone that you have to talk to an NPC to get teleported across a gate for.
